Mr. Sabyasachi Dasgupta, popularly known as Benu Dasgupta, Managing Director of Leisure Sports Management, the first ever professional Sports Management set up in India is associated with the sports industry for more than twenty five years. He was instrumental in creating Nehru Cup Tournament way back in 1982 where best of soccer stars and teams were seen in action. Besides being the creator of National League of India and Bangladesh, Mr Dasgupta is also involved in promotion of Indian Hockey for last few years. His contribution to Indian Hockey is well known as he roped Castrol to be the first ever official sponsor for them followed by historical tie -up with Sahara India Pariwar. He also participated in several sports seminar Worldwide.

Mrs. Vinita Rellin Dasgupta, Director, has decades of experience in the service industry ranging from Tourism, Shipping, Hotels and Sports Management. Specialised in the operational activities including HRD and Adminstration besides heading diversification with group companies.

Mr. Soumen Sinha Roy, working as the Executive Director of the company, plays a key role not only in the matter of overall supervision and manning of accounts but also takes leaders role in assisting the Directors in various policy-making activities.
Mr. Sunando Dhar, General Manager, heads a team of professionals engaged in Sales and Marketing activities for various National and International Sports properties and leads event management matters throughout the country on behalf of Federations and Associations.
